Add crew members, foremen, and admins to your Buildero account with the right roles
Adding your crew to Buildero lets them clock in, view their schedules, and access the tools they need — all with the right level of access for their role.
Only Owners and Admins can invite new team members.
Click your company name or avatar in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings. Navigate to the Team tab.
Click the Invite Member button in the top-right of the Team page.
Click Send Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to set their password and activate their account. The invite expires after 7 days — you can resend it from the Team page if needed.

Assign the most restrictive role that covers what the person needs. Workers don't need to see invoices or client contact information.
To change someone's role after they've joined:
If someone leaves your company:
Their historical time entries, clock-in records, and schedule entries are preserved. They will no longer be able to log in.
