Understand Buildero plans, upgrade or downgrade, and manage billing
Buildero offers three plans designed to grow with your business. Here's what each includes and how to manage your subscription.
Best for solo contractors and very small crews just getting started.
Best for growing contractors with multiple active projects and crews.
Best for established contractors managing large crews and multiple jobs simultaneously.
Go to Settings > Subscription to see your current plan, billing cycle, next renewal date, and payment method on file.
Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and your regular new rate starts on the next renewal date.
You can downgrade at any time. The lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current features until then.
Note: If your account exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., more than 5 team members on Starter), you'll need to remove members before the downgrade takes effect.
To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Past invoices from Buildero are available under Settings > Subscription > Billing History. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your records.
